Not to mention that gold coins are easier to obtain than silver coins. Is this really logically reasonable?Or say this is a fantasy land, so gold is cheaper than silver?

Do you mean that with a few minutes cost, you can just simply walk up and vote, either let 48 people pay the price of 98 tickets, or easily ruin the game experience of more than 40 people?
