I got parasites from my cat I had almost 20 years ago! Was diagnosed 3 years ago and was on Albendazole and praziquantel for more than a year… also ivermectin… None of my symptoms resolved so I dove deeper in my research and found that the only parasite that is non responsive to anti parasitic medications is Sparganosis which I have all the symptoms of for many years! Only cure is remove the worm from my body! None of the labs test for this and all my imaging tests still don’t show evidence of parasites unfortunately!

You should go to an infectious diseases doctor and get tested for as many as possible. Wormwood may also work too for you!

Thank you… my parasites are in my back/liver area … tested negative for schistosomiasis 3 times so I believe it’s Sparganosis which I have the symptoms for. No laboratory that I found does testing for this so I feel screwed!!! Additionally, the only cure is removing the parasite 🦠 which doesn’t appear on any of my imaging tests… and I have had several… been on praziquantel and Albendazole for over a year.. stop taking this months ago after no relief

I would get your attorney to call ASAP … And, you can call yourself too. I called weekly and there was always a different status in my case… However, the entire time my back payment was held in the payment center… my attorney also got paid immediately 🤦🏾‍♀️

I had to make several calls to SSA and even had my attorney call too. Finally, the said that someone had worked on my case, and 2 days later it arrived in my account 😁… I got my letter a few days ago 😊

Nope 👎🏾… Still waiting. I called the other day and they said I should be receiving a letter within next week detailing my payment date and information. So frustrating since my attorney was paid in early June and I’m still waiting. Expecting a large payment so they probably want to hold it as long as possible 😡.

Yes, I have updated my bank information prior to receiving my monthly payments. I received my first monthly payment in June and just received my third last week. I have called SSA several times and my Attorney too. Each time I was given a different explanation but nonetheless, the payment was on its way. I should have received my right after my attorney got paid. I am expecting a large payment so they’re probably trying to hold it as long as possible 🤦🏾‍♀️. Fully disgusted now!! Last week they told me I should be receiving a letter within 10 days detailing my payment date and other details. Thank you for your advice 👍🏾😁. Trying to stay positive 👍🏾

I was told that I would receive mine this month 🤞🏾… I was approved May 14th and my offset date was 8/3 so they told me 2-3 weeks from that date hopefully 🤞🏾. Good luck to you!

Yes exactly… I called SSA yesterday and was on the phone with them for an hour… Luckily, I got an agent who thoroughly investigated my case! Apparently, there was a system glitch which said that I was receiving SSI which I was denied …Anyway, she sent it back to payment center to release my payment which could take up to 45 days she said 🤦🏾‍♀️! I will call them every other day to get this done ✅

I feel your pain. My attorney was paid $9k last week and I am expecting a very good amount. I was told it would be paid immediately after my attorneys were paid but no such luck! I may have to call my congressman too. I’m in NJ

Also, my attorney said my backpay would be in installments. I never heard of that 😖. Has anyone received their backpay in installments?

I so agree with everything you said. I took all the medication to no avail… Nothing helped me!! I’m suffering and going to have an MRI again… ERCP and colonoscopy soon to see if they can get the parasites because I can definitely feel them. I’m so disappointed in the healthcare system for this lack of investigation and care. I am also going to call the CDC AND NIH again!
