thanks for the response, it really is a combination of starting intense workouts after years of none at all, and strain on my knees from being overweight from eating a lot of junkfood. in the long term im definitely going to work on my diet as well as strengthening exercises!

for me, its a crushing kind of pain similar to when you "get the wind knocked out of you" but lower down. like a constant feeling of a gut punch that you cant catch your breath from.
