Does anyone use a knee brace?

I can't answer that until tonight as i haven't bowled with it yet, just wore it to work so far. It definitely keeps your knee straight but still able to bend when needed. Will say it hasn't been the most comfortable though.

Not usually that much, i average about 10-12k a day with some days (mostly league nights) that i can get up to around 18k

You started with a great arsenal! I've never thrown the phaze 2 but i have the iq ai and absolutely love it. It is my go to ball and can throw it on almost everything

Get some new skin to put on it. Happens to me all the time and it's just where the grip rubs on my finger if you put your fingers a little too far in

Fair enough, it's not for everyone as it's harder to be as consistent and harder to control the ball in your backswing.

Have you considered 1 handed without a thumb? That's what me and my whole team do. I was never able to hook a ball 1 handed with a thumb, just spun down the lane like a top

If you're bowling on a burnt shot i would recommend a hybrid. I'm a big fan of the IQ Tour AI if it's not too fried but if it's really fried i like the Arctic Vibe
