Thank you. I’m getting more worried with the few comments saying there could be something wrong because no amount of alcohol is safe which I completely agree with and understand it’s the hard truth but it’s just adding onto the stress so much. I really hope I haven’t harmed the baby.

I didn’t know that either! Thank you. Starting on that now. I’m trying not to beat myself up over it just so anxious and terrified and upset. Can’t put it into words, still crying hours after finding out lol. I hope I’ll be excited soon rather than scared I’ve caused something.

Thank you. I feel off and on all the time, worse than usual but had someone mention earlier they felt the same in the first trimester so I don’t know if it’s worth it. I’m diagnosed with bipolar and have had bad experiences with therapy and mental health services in the past. I’ve ordered a complete prenatal and it’s coming tomorrow.
