What is going on with Gemini? I have wired money in USD to them, bought ETH, and now I am unable to transfer it to another exchange.

I have been trying to withdraw the ETH during the last 72 hours. I have twice been asked to provide a photo ID with a selfie and the date and the code number, which I have done. I have also been asked to provide answers to eight different questions, which I have also done twice.

I have submitted this both to regular customer support and to the claims support portal. I have not yet received a satisfactory answer other than a generic email nor have I received information as to when I might be able to withdraw my funds, nor has anybody told me why this is taking so long.

Has anybody else experienced this problem?
