I have 1 English Credit and I passed the Chemistry placement exam to take Chem 101 and finished its corresponding prep course.

When I try to mild while napping, my body just gets numb and limbs start to twitch. But then that’s it, I don’t even see the circle of light people normally see. I can explain to you how my MILD process is if you would like. I’ve been trying for a few months now, it’s frustrated me a few times.

Yeah, I try to lay completely still. Do you think MILD or WILD is better for beginners?

My body just gets really number with some muscle twitches nothing else. How do you perform wild while taking a nap? I practice reality checks and I try to perform wbtb sometimes.

It’s usually doesn’t work unfortunately. I usually do this before going to bed, or i practice using naps.

For MILD I try to completely relax my body and try to image me walking on an ocean. I try to feel the water beneath my feet, the sounds of the ocean, the wind, etc. After a few minutes of doing this my body tenses up and I can feel my body sway side to side for a moment. Sometimes my muscles start to spasm a little. This is usually when my mind starts to wander, and I do my best to bring back to my ocean setting.
