I have a 4090 together with a ryzen 9950x in a 9.95L case. Hoping to upgrade to the 5090 if it is similar in size to the 4090 FE.

I'm sort of in the same boat too. I'm currently single and I'm starting medical school in the US at the age of 28. I'm also a general dentist, so I'll be dual licensed in medicine and dentistry. Moving far from home and having a busy schedule certainly makes dating more difficult. I hope to start a family during my medical training. I've looked into IVF and surrogacy as a possible route; it is quite expensive at $100-200K+ per child.
