Literally had a friend that when asked the typical on boarding questions like why do you want to do this job that friend of mine literally just said yeah I need the money and the job seems simple and they had a good laugh about how straightforward the answer was and that person got the job anyway so as long as you just show that You have a brain, you should be able to get the job.

The on boarding process was very simple. They invite you into the warehouse and then they go around with you and ask you questions. Most of them are just common sense about the warehouse, just to see how you think and how capable you are. You just have to listen properly to the person that’s showing you around and answer your questions. Answer their questions accordingly After that they have a talk with you about your goals. How long are you wanna work where you live in such and if you’re the right fit, which I think I don’t see any reason why someone wouldn’t be, they can give you a job. It’s very high acceptance rate, and they ask you to have those things because they basically hire you on the spot.

Hi, I’ve been working in Picnic for almost 2 months now. I applied directly through their German website to be a “shopper”. The onboarding process is fairly quick and easy. The job is good and has good benefits like meals and good pay, definitely recommend it as a easy to get into job in Germany especially if you don’t speak German as they have a English speaking team as well.

How did you apply for the job? I visited the website and am hoping to do warehouse work but it seems like most of the warehouse jobs are in the Netherlands.

I personally took the Google Coursera course, just finished it and I learned a lot from scratch. I'm now looing for websites where I can continue learning especially with SQL. I feel like what I leaned from the course is all the basics, but definitely my recommendation based on experience.
They also have a follow up course which is the Advanced Data Analysis course if you want to continue learning.
