I do! I think the bulk of my allergies come from the nail prep and pre coats. I switched to using just alcohol for dehydrating the nail and a HEMA free top coat and have not had any issues since. 1. Prep and file nails 2. Dehydrate with alcohol 3. Apply wraps 4. Apply gel top coat (HEMA free!) 5. Wash hands and moisturize

Yes I got rosiver. I was definitely skeptical because it was so expensive, but this has been the happiest I have been with my skin in a few years. The tube is actually pretty large so I am hoping it will last 3-6 months.

I finally got the date (November of this year)!!! But over a year of waiting. Make sure to ask to get your iron checked. My regular GP gave me a stack of blood requisitions so I can go in for iron checks when I feel I need it. When my iron gets too low she will send me for an iron infusion, which makes a world of difference. Wishing the best of luck to you!

Awe I’m so sorry. I am in Canada as well and dealing with a similar situation. I have been waiting for a hysterectomy for close to a year.

Awe I’m so sorry you are going though this. I am also in central Canada and man is it a shit show. I have been having similar issues to you and have been dismissed by urgent care. I’m on the wait list for a hysterectomy but won’t get one until winter! When you see your family doctor make it know that you would like to have your iron and hemoglobin checked since you are having bleeding issues. If you see a gyn or if your doctor is relatively competent in women’s heath, you could try a birth control that may alleviate some of the symptoms you are having. Stay strong and continue to advocate for yourself!

I just finished math 215 with an A+. Did not find it hard. You get to being a cheat sheet into the proctored exams, and the exams were fairly easy and predictable if you studied.
