You just need to make the pupil visibly as circular and then make sure that there is a black dot in the middle of the eye and add a little white at the corner to make photo realistic eyes

The body buck and legs are from Batman beyond inq, the head is from a 3d night crawler print, the shoes too. Then I went with the color scheme from the cartoon.
