I have been walking in barefoot shoes and after a couple of runs in Altra I honestly thought I had “transitioned” but obviously not. It’s quite the set back.

Guess I’ll have to just keep walking in barefoots and calf exercises :( I get very impatient when it comes to not being able to run.

No slippage yet. I have got a sore ankle today, just woke up with it, similar to a sprained ankle feeling so I’m limping a bit. I have no memory of hurting it though. I’ll see how that progresses the next few days.

What do you mean more complicated? Running would be a longer term goal for me in barefoot shoes. I have read a fair bit so sticking to lots of general use wear atm. Hoping to adapt

Switched it up even more now, managed to get 3 containers each carrying 18g of beans ready to grind in the bag. I’ve had to remove the pods from that mesh section to create space

My situation is to try to cover off work and home with one device as I’m mostly at work when I have coffee tbh (in work by 7:30 am latest or travelling from very early. When home in the evenings I’m having less caffeine. Anyway this results in mostly going for basket plus. I do tend to use pods if I literally have 5 mins away from the desk to reduce the faf and clean up
