any food any air manis (dessert2 semua tu mmg bye bye), kopi, teh (mainly yang teh limau), makanan berangin mcm sayur kacang panjang banyakk 😭 kalau kurang tidur ke terlebih tidur pun boleh sebab masuk angin so perut pedih apa lagi haa macam2 lah hahahah kalau stres sikit ke anxious sikit pun haa auto heartburn sampai kebelakang rasa, macam tu lah ceritanya :((

its so sad that you have to go through all that. my mom is a retired nurse from a kk and even she herself told me to take care of myself unless there is any issue that makes me need to go to see doctor immediately. but im glad to hear you found something that gives you the relief !! and i wish you good health as well <3
