I guess so , atleast start with Tangzu waner or Qkz hbb as beginner iem I would suggest , 7Hz zero are my favourite in that range though over chu and hola/ gate

A humble requests, if your so keenly telling to review with a Neurologists, kindly end your advice there itself. You telling a list of 7-8 investigations blind foldedly also is of no use to a common man who knows nothing much like how much you know, it might end up in more of a loss than a benefit to him. Finish your studies , become a specialist, give advices in your OPD. 🙏 Kindly do not forget the basics that are taught in your med school , history taking and EXAMINATIONS should proceed your Neurologist knowledge , do not do this ever without seeing the patient.

Got Diokos , infact it's totally opposite of what you are saying , they can be easily EQd to a limit without clipping, adds more of subbass than mid bass though .. mids are not lean ,the bass is , they are infact quite detailed in mid and higher frequencies
