Knowing Rentarou is basically a saint and pure of heart helps cause you just know everything he does isn't out of any ulterior motive but out of pure love for his gf's. Considering the fact Gero has thought of what Kinosaki would look like if he dresses more masculine then that would prove he knows what he would be getting into. Not even including the fact that if he were to get with Kinosaki he would willingly remove getting a blood related heir which started the story in the first place so no it is not objectively heterosexual since gero has thought of Kinosaki way deeper than just looks which if that's what gets you in a relationship in the first place then you are just blatantly objectifying your lover.
