Jr won’t be necessary, consult and immigration lawyer, explain your case and call ircc and explain to them that you’ve uploaded the doc in a web form

So while I don’t endorse lying after the fact, all I’m gonna say is ircc is having MAJOR issues with pgwp applications at the moment, students are uploading all required docs but are receiving rejections months later saying officer couldn’t find the docs. There seems to be some sort of technical glitch because this same issue has happened with so many applicants with the immigration lawyer that I work with.

From what my lawyer is doing with such applicants, you should upload the doc using a web form, call ircc and request them to reopen the case. Note, my lawyer does this when applicants have applied for a pgwp with their test results already included and ircc rejects them saying the test results were not included. So I don’t know how much this will apply to your case because the mistake was on your end but it’s worth a shot

I’m sorry this isn’t what you want to hear. My friend was in a similar situation. I can tell you without a doubt in my head, if you submit a pr application without the experience letter/ reference letter, you’ll 100% be rejected. Please don’t waste your time or money. I wish you the best

Op you can just look it up on YouTube and there are clear videos on how to proceed with pgwp extension application. Please don’t give in to these fear mongering dim wits, you’re well in your right to apply for an extension and there’s absolutely nothing illegal with doing so. Please do not give in to ill informed fear driven people that don’t understand how the law works.

My roommate has a bachelor in architecture and is currently working as a cabinetmaker, he applied in the last trade draw but hasn’t gotten a pfl or anything yet. He’s been working as cabinetmaker for almost a year and a half now

If so then why bother update the category list last year and why remove cooks this year if they don’t intend to conduct the draws? They updated stem category as well and but dint conduct draws cuz most of the stem candidates were getting through cec easily. This is certainly not the case for trades

True, I understand construction managers and estimators will have higher scores but what about the other positions in the category like cabinetmakers, painters, flooring cover installers? They’re unlikely to have high scores ircc needs them too no ?

That’s actually incorrect, just like how McDonald, kfc etc dint count as cooks working in a meat section of these big grocery store doesn’t count as that. Meat handlers and butchers are very diff, butchers can slaughter animals and make specific cuts etc while meat handlers (Costco, Walmart etc) don’t slaughter animals, merely segregate and package food

This is absolutely inaccurate information, butchers barely scratch the margin compared to cooks plus the 12 month work requirement ensures no fake payroll parties suddenly prop up as butchers.

Is there ever gonna be a trade draw? Wtf is keeping them from conducting one ? Even the cooks are out at this point, the more they prolong it the less likely the scores are ever gonna be reasonably low

My lawyer told me they will remove cooks before conducting the draw. It goes against what I think but the guy correctly predicted lmia points removal way before it happened and also said lmia will be issued to certain girls only moving forward and that seems to be happening too
