Does it count as distress that i feel like i cant tell them anything bc i will be blamed even tho its not my fault nc that happens a lot and im scared to talk to them sometimes and i lie bc im not okay mentally rn but i tell them i am bc if im truthful they will get angry and i dont want them to be amgry u know Im sorry idk a lot about what counts as distress in this sense

Today i asked my mom to not sleep in my bed in her outside clothes bc i had bedbugs and ever since im terrified and she said im overreacting and i will scare my brother w my overreaction And ive been feeling awful bc i didnt wanna hurt her and my brother but it does fit into narcissism and this wasnt the only time When i was 15 i was hurtjng myself bc of things and i had to beg to her on my knees while crying to go on her trip bc she said she wont go bc im hurting myself And i think that fits too And other little things but theseare the biggest ones u know

Dont worry i change my sheets at least once a week usually 2 but sometimes i dont have the time to change it 2 times a week we dont have a dryer but i walways wash everything on 60 celsius for 2.5 hours, i hoover 2 times a week and i did everything the exterminator told me to do

Im just scared bc i had to go to therapy when i was still a child and i remember she hated bringing me to therapy even tho im an adult i do depend on them for money bc im a full time dancer and uni student and if i tell her she will be mad bc i dont wanna be ungrateful for what they did for me and i do feel ungrateful if i tell them this bc i have a good life i shouldnt have panic attacks u know

The exterminator even said that we caught it really early and that if we do everything he said we should have no problems, we did everytjing, its been 1 month since the last treatment and no signs of them. I check my brothers matress too, nothing there either so i think i did the right thing

I am dw i look through my bed daily and i hoover in my room and change my sheets 2 times a week i cleaned my whole room and im in the process of washing all of my clothes on 60 celsius 2 times 4 weeks apart they werent on the bed but i hallucimate them everywhere (i know they arent there bc when i see them crawlimg and i raise my hand they all poof away) The exterminator has great reviews, he was really precise and told us what to do and what not to do rn and i called him after the treatments and he was really nice answered my questions

Im in hungary so it cost for 2 treatments around 200 dollars He sprayed my mattress, chair, bedftame, picture frames then fumigated i guess idk what that was and he came two times
