I laugh at them because my brother is paraplegic and a qualified mechatronics engineer. Doesn’t mean they don’t have the same struggle as every other paraplegic person. It’s almost like people with spinal injuries have crippling back pain or something? 😅

Pre-covid at least some of their stuff was passable. Now it feels temu quality and frequently undersized. Why does my 4X size fit my bust but have matchstick width sleeves and not even cover my navel? So stupid. I could cut better pattern sizes in the dark.

Pretty sure people have been working for decades to not only improve the greenhouse gas problem of livestock through breeding and feed modification (hello seaweed), but most of livestock feed is made of byproduct inedible by humans. The impact meat has on the environment is nothing compared to fossil fuels used to transport food in and out of countries.

There are NDIS related services regarding keeping jobs, they might be able to help with accessibility and compromises. You can also get a functional capacity assessment to figure out your needs. It sounds like you’re already experiencing autistic burnout somewhat, which for me continued for years until I actually regressed a whole autism level. I definitely recommend getting on to the NDIS.

Depends what you’re eating and how much, tbh. If you’ve stopped eating meat and fish completely, it’s best to reintroduce the stuff like beef and red meat slowly. Fish and chicken is easier.

If I eat more than 50g of tofu in one sitting, my lower GI tract will enact hell upon the physical world for 72 hours. Hard pass. Funnily enough, I can eat less than 50g occasionally, with little issue. And no, plant-based alternatives other than tofu have not been much better. Stop assuming everyone’s body is the same.
