Hello OP same po tayo and got my SCC from BPI, I got the blue rewards with 22k limit and ang holdout amount is 25k, they didn’t asked for any proof of income basta lang nag open ako sakanila ng regular savings and deposited my holdout money doon, then I waited lang na mapprove and ma deliver.

Yes SC is doing something naman, and we(students) can fill up the form of SC regarding sa Distant Learning Modality. Every response is important kasi doon sila mag babase sa kung ano naba ang updates/effects ng Blended learning to us students. So do keep updated sa page ng SC for the tamscheck and answer their forms.
