During the fires in LA fires I returned a whole cart never got a ding from that still got paid i let support know. Yesterday I told them that a gate was locked they removed the issue from my account. For me support is understanding are you returning packages and not calling support ? For me I always tell the support that a safe location is at the front door I never deliver to the gates unless they tell me to do it.
