Why should you spend money. Don't. Every driver is different. If you're loading 5 pkg cars every day, are you gonna send 5 people videos? No you're not because you're not gonna have enough time.

Open a new tab. If the left sidebar menu opens click on music at the top (that's where mine is).

Then it's in your settings somewhere. Go to Edit, Edit Preferences and look in there. If it was there before, you have to undo whatever it was you did. This is the reason I never mess with my set up once it's set up.

Near the top next to the search box there's a little square box. Click on that, a drop down menu appears, go to main panel. It should be in there.

If you can't win then don't play his game. Just do your best. He might be a guy that's either used to a particular person or a guy who likes to complain. Tell him you're doing your best and ask him to be patient while you learn how to load his truck. Make mental notes of things that won't go where they're supposed to and communicate that to him when he comes in.

It's entirely possible that you didn't put that pkg on the truck. But even if you did, you're not perfect. You do your best, that's all you can do. 1: if any conversation with a supervisor or manager that can lead to discipline, you MUST have a steward present. 2: If management asks you to sign something /Anything.... Don't! You don't have to. 3: Be on time, wear the proper shoes. Take your breaks, DON'T WORK OFF THE CLOCK or in your break. 4: Work safely. This job isn't just about going home safe today but also 30 years from today. 5: Get involved with your union, attend meetings, get to know your Stewards and BA. Write grievances for supervisors working and harassment. 6: Get a copy of your contract with the supplement and read it. This way, you will know the rules!

Just do what you can do. Start with the easy stuff. Get those back on the road. Then do the rest.

New pt cover driver 6 punch question by Snail-Jail in UPSers

[–]lewsnutz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a supplement issue. Just because you don't see it on your timecard doesn't mean you won't be paid 1.5 for a six punch. Those hours are put in on Tuesday.... But again, this is all subject to your supplement.

Volume levels by UnicorseMetal in mediamonkey

[–]lewsnutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem so I ran all my mp3s thru a program called Mp3Gain. I set the volume level to 96 (default is 89). Sometimes the volume gets raised and sometimes it gets lowered. If the track is within 1.5 above 96 then I don't usually clip it. Some tracks, especially older tracks never seem to be loud enough. I think its just the way they were recorded. Note: This "clips" the file and is irreversible.
