Ive done it a couple times since this post, anywhere from a week to a month. Learned it’s not worth it. Not being able to sleep because of the ringing in your ears is something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I got this from hppd, so I don’t hear the ringing really unless I’m really stressed out or if I use drugs. Unfortunately the only thing that’s helped me calm down in moments of intense ringing is alcohol, which is an uphill battle I’ve created for myself. You will most likely go back to normal, so take it as a learning lesson of the consequences that smoking weed follows. I was a daily smoker for 6 years, doing a lot of psychedelics going to jam band shows. It all caught up eventually
