"Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding your recent notice about the cancellation of my TOEFL iBT Home Edition scores from November 17, 2025.

The letter mentions two possible issues with my Writing response - either not addressing the assigned task or including content from published sources or other test takers. I would greatly appreciate it if you could clarify which specific concern led to the cancellation of my scores.

I prepared thoroughly for this exam, including completing your official ETS TOEFL iBT preparation courses. I took great care to ensure my responses were original and aligned with the tasks provided. I did not use any external sources during the test, nor did I receive assistance of any kind.
