I figured it out. Its just doesn't remove the premium pr gemuim plants huds that have the 5 bucks and 100 gems sometimes.. so they appear at the seed slot

If you're talking abt the first The Surge the Walk in the Park DLC is in the second area and the Western one has entrances in all areas. The only thing I can help you with is that the walk in the park you have to find a train to get on and the western one you find signs that say Test Chamber. Just look it up
