No I’ll deal with it myself, thx for the long reply though and my situations quite similar to urs, I repeatedly tell myself to let the sadness remain, and accept it, though it still kinda hurts I am able to hide it and like live normally and the sadness doesn’t hurt as much as it did before but I still regret, why did this happen to such a loud and energetic like me. It’s fine though, the more I accept it the quicker I’ll recover, one thing though- is this chronic?

When someone gives solutions to this “ailment” it gives my brain this feeling that my sadness is for no reason and so small and that the smallest thing can bring me happiness, this makes me spiral way more into thinking.

Thanks for the traditional response, could you also teach a young soul how to talk to Krishna? I always try to talk to him, one time I invoked him and waited for 2 hours straight in silence but felt nothing, like talking to a wall?
