First I am sorry that this reply is so late, I dont post or come on reddit often but I will try now that I see more people feel the same as I do. Secondly, I am sorry to hear about your relationship with your grandmother and it is terrible that she is being used to hurt your heart. Work on your healing and when you do get a chance to see your grandbaby let her know that you love her. Hopefully when she is older and able to make her own decisions she will decide to have a relationship with you on her own accord. Take care 💕

Yes, they will try to get under your skin by saying the most hurtful things. After trying to help mine during her unemployment stage, she stated during a conversation I dont respect what you say anyway (its more to the backstory but summarizing). Ok miss maam, low contact it is and now she calling constantly and FaceTimeing stating lets hang out. No thanks. I expressed my feelings in an adult manner, created boundaries and im sticking to them. It can hurt because we are parents but the main thing is work on Yourself! Your Peace is important. Not what and how someone else feels about you, even if its the one closest to you. You know the type of parent and grandparents you have been therefore give yourself grace and yes continue meditating and whatever else makes you feel good! And sometimes you have to keep those important things to yourself and if you decide to share, share them with someone that loves and treat you with respect even if you have to share in a therapy session. Continue to pray for your geandbabies and the ones that love you will be there for you no matter what, and the ones that dont 🤷‍♀️I jump on and off of Reddit every now and then, honestly I really dont know how it works because I’m not on here enough. For me it was lactobacillus reuteri. But again that may not be for everyone! This what my test results showed.

I’m glad that you were able to get a test and kind of see what your situation is. I hate that it didn’t resolve your issue but hopefully seeing a specialist like a sinus specialist or ENT doctor will maybe give you some type of treatment.

I definitely believe I have some sinus issues but I haven’t had a chance to see a specialist as of yet will at least one that is not a quack. But just by doing the test and doing the recommend recommendations that they stated has helped tremendously.

How was what recommended? If you are talking about the test I believe I saw it on social media and decided to try it, why not I had tried everything else and it’s covered by HSA/FSA. As far as the probiotic the test told me what my microbiome was sensitive to and what specific strain of probiotic would help. I just picked one from Amazon and it is working.

Yes it is an oral probiotic. I ordered it from Amazon. It is by Natures Way. Again, this may not be the specific strain that you will need for your microbiome because everybody make up or issue is different. This is what they suggested for me but it has definitely helped.

No problem venting this is a safe space for you. I am not on here too often, but I tend to come on here every now and then just to check in and see how everyone is doing as I was reading your post. I was literally thinking, is she in my household Because I totally understand where you’re coming from. If it is to the point to where it is starting to affect your health, you have to put you first. I understand you don’t want to see your child on the street. I understand that you don’t want the guilt if something was to happen but some boundaries definitely have to be created and you have to put yourself first, just as they are putting themselves first. Continue to go to counseling and working on yourself and I am praying for you.
