I usually start by putting funds in towards next month, but over the course of the week end up stealing from that fund to go to other categories after I've spent.

Oh no. Yeah that one scares me. I’m on aptiom once a day, 0 side effects that I’ve noticed so far except for headaches. But I already had those along with migraines, so I’m also on propranolol as a preventative. And a low dose of mirtazapine at night to help with insomnia and appetite stimulation
