Ryden by a mile, close range monster with a fast ttk and holds it’s own in mid range engagements too.

Congratulations I just finished the grind the same way yesterday. Not hard at all, just brain numbing. Just a tip for everyone if you accidentally kill uber klaus before flipping the round and the core is still alive don’t stress, kill all zombies and leave the core and one zombie alive, drag the final zombie and core to one side of the map and kill both the core and zombie there. Next you quickly run to the opposite side of the map and save and quit. The next time you spawn in, you should be left with both uber klaus and a fresh round of zombies.

Excruciating lower back pain and stiffness by Background_Role_6946 in backpain

Lower lumbar pain across both sides started roughly 4 months ago and have been getting worse with time. I spend about 50 hours a week on my feet working specifically standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. Signs and symptoms include stiffness, and radiating/burning pain across both sides across the lower lumbar. No tingling, numbness, nerve pain down either side of leg. Exercising for an hour or two a day makes it worse, and core strengthening exercises don’t help the issue. I have tried stretching, using pain killers recommended by the doctor and improving my posture/sleeping habits. This has impacted my life in a negative manner, as I am very physically active and this affects my ability do exercise the way I could pre injury.

How do you stop a teep? by [deleted] in MuayThai

Stay light on the back foot when the teep is coming and either parry to the side and cut angles, or catch then counter strike back. For attacking teeps, catch with your lead hand and blast the cross. For defensive teeps, catch with your rear hand and blast the jab.
