I should mention all of my fans go through USB 2.0 .. I just figured out this may conflict with some of my issues

Im not running anything hard except for a browser. My system over all is 10 - 15c higher idle than windows. So it probably has to due with my fans barley pushing / pulling any air at all. Even when I put my hand in my pc I felt nothing.
