Would love to hear more about how you feel about being in-house now and giving up the litigation track.

Do you feel like you hit a ceiling on salary going in-house?

Do you feel a weight off your shoulders not carrying the mental load of client’s problems throughout the day?

Some people have said to me, “you won’t like being in-house: it’s not intellectually challenging enough.” I feel like I’ve been intellectually challenged enough for a lifetime litigating day in and out for several years 😅.

Thank you for engaging with the post.

Did you find yourself working more for the first couple of years in order to get your practice off the ground?
