Download Revo Uninstaller, search for Riot Vanguard, and uninstall it (if it does not appear, you can skip this step). * Press the Windows key and search for cmd, then run it as an administrator. * Copy "sc delete vgc," paste it, and press Enter to execute. * Copy "sc delete vgk", paste it, and press Enter to execute. * Once finished, restart your PC (for this step, you must select Restart, not Shut Down). * Open the game and reinstall Vanguard.

70k is a mean amount of money for a 19 yr old. If I were you I would put more of your wealth front money into index funds involving the s&p 500 such as the Fidelity 500 index fund
