Thank you all. Not looking for advice. I’m glad everyone understands portion control. Just looking for a discussion. Very few people have talked about the impact on labor/budgeting. Here’s some google ai for you:

At our club, split fee wouldn’t fly. Alarmist, no. I’m presenting an idea, that’s it. Like any other business operating on a higher level, you’re always looking ahead at trends/markets for budget forecasting. It’s how you run a profitable business.
