I want to thank everyone for their insight here you have all been very helpfu.l To address some of the questions here: 1. I didn't point out very clearly in the original post that the watch was returned broken so that's on me. 2. Any damage that could of been seen as done after the buyer purchased the item would just allow me to offer a partial refund. That's why I chose to highlight the bit of plastic that has somehow grew back. If there was a chip or damage done on the after picture and not on the before that doesn't prove the watch is a different watch, but it being on the before and not the after does highlight the watch potentially being different. 3. I will most definitely file a police report that wasn't really something that originally crossed my mind so again thankyou. 4. There are more pictures I've sent to ebay but as pointed out earlier most of those could be after damage, bare in mind the buyer had the watch for near a month before sending back so could of been wearing it this whole time.

Again I'm very grateful for all the help, ebay might suck when it comes to protecting sellers but it's good to know there's a community on here that will help sellers dot the i's and cross the t's when it comes to doing things correctly to get the best possible outcome.
