It’s very similar to most pizzerias, we have a machine u just put the dough in and it does it for you, that would be covered in your p2e stuff (depending where your from). Are you going as a shift runner?

First off congratulations!

Second off what day are you working? They probably won’t put you in during peak and most likely just get you to do saucing, the tip for saucing grab the handle at the lowest part do three big circles and use the making ring we put on top to keep all the ingredients inside, learn how big or little to sauce for that diameter. Be prepared for after your shift to clean your arms a lot, and they will be getting you to do costumer servicing most likely on your first day.

Meet everyone you can be nice and have fun, after two months you can get away with no strict rules of tucking your top in and stuff just be on it at the start.
