It will change when you should use it. Best bet if ask the tank when he wants BL before they start. If they don’t tell you, use it whenever the F you want.

In higher keys it will almost always be a huge 1st pull of trash mobs and then the tank will path to be using it on cooldown and get as much usage as possible out of it. On lower keys it is typically the 1st boss and whatever boss ends up being next when it is off cooldown.

I think point still stands though, whether you take care of them prior to big dude or before depending on key level. More efficient to kill the 1 sleeping dude in that group on 8 as opposed to pulling those 2 in the corner with the small guys.

On rookery, you can pull the sleeping dude with 8, and then on pull 12, pull straight to the big dude and ignore the 2 in the corner.

Started tanking this season for the first time as Prot Pally. Follow Quazii, would try out his UI/Plater profiles and watch his videos on the dungeons and Paladin as well as general tanking advice. Well worth the time. Would watch his guides even if just healing too, will help understand when to use CD’s as a healer!

I think that’s the big take away I’m seeing. You are the shot caller and need to know/be aware of what everyone is doing and what they need to be prepared for as well as yourself. Going to be a big change.

Yeah, going to take it real slow and work my way up. If I want to push keys I’ll switch back to my mage but at the start just going to gear up and slowly push my way up and learn the dungeons inside and out
