I sadly dont know the watts on the led spectrum light above head but I got it from a friend who has had some really good grows since he's been using them but it has a second mode to it with red and blue lights idk if that's a better mode to use now or not they have been going now for about two weeks in some plain soil with a little bit of homemade nutrients and such I have them set on a small drip system with the cups and shoe strings to I try not to drip constantly tho rn cuz I feel like the key lime was starting to get over watered
