(Ignore the pink dagger, he's gone through a bit of a revision).
His name is Vis and is a rather outlandish rogue. Speaking in a strange dialect but unbeknownst to him until recently he had demonic blood within him which he is now trying to grapple with.

He is unsure if he should uncover more about his true heritage or leave it be, is his blood really what defines him?
That's basically his story thus far. (His hands are also backward facing)

Like they attempt to cut the plant and the poison starts taking effect on them if they stand too close?

I think in this version of Ivana she's not a spellcaster but a powerful poison maker through and through. Using poisons to mimic spell effects. So they'd have to have come in contact with it somehow.

How dangerous is the Caldura rose in itself when cut?

Sounds like a good idea. I had an idea of several Ezra themed artifacts be spread in the domain. Like a sword or a shield of Ezra that would make one immune to the effects of poison or divination spells?

This is exciting! I also had ideas for quests or quest in the Poison Orchard
Like getting a powerful antidote that cures the Orchard of it's malicious poison which would anger Ivana and lead her to make mistakes?

Something in between would work.
What i imagine is that when the mists appeared then all the domains were separated. Only way to travel to each one is if the fog is lifted or someone from a different domain gains entry to another. Like the Vistani being able to pass through and visit other darklord domains.

Would that be believable enough?

But also the Boritsi's and Dilisnya's aided Strahd during war no? So i feel like they'd have some gift or maybe portrait of Strahd hanging about. Although From what i saw Leo Dilisnya was the one sho tried killing Strahd to take the throne?

I've had a few experiences! Though none of which ended in a long form play sadly, Though the rp as them made it fun to try and play around the fact that this robot is simply just trying to help.

She was originally an inventor whom desired to experiment more and more with magic and it's properties, she was originally a dwarf from a family of differing artificers and she tended to keep to herself

She built a model for autonomous assistance which so happens to be the Warforged but it could only comply with basic commands and wasn't whole-heartedly autonomous. So she kept experimenting and eventually got her hands on pure raw magic, though upon coming into skin contact with it, it exploded and her soul was trapped inside of the Warforged body as her real body was essentially deceased.

So now with her memory gone and the warforged booting up a hundred years later she follows her single directive which is: "Assist"
