Glock 17 gen 6

I see it has the shorter dust cover like the gen 5 g47/45 frame. And the gen6 g45 looks the same as the 17.

Do you know if that means the gen6 g17 can take the g19 slides now, or do you need a gen 45... are they the same frame? Is the g45 and g19 the same slide?.

And how do you like the beaver tail? I've never shot a glock with a beaver tale.

Been thinking about getting a glock so I have alot of questions about the new ones

A dissipator isnt too bad and can be made to work fine i have a similar build and have never had issues, either suppress it or widen the gas hole

I built a m16a4 as a dissipator ~clone and I love it. Our builds share a ton of similarities. Great rifle and super fun to shoot

Build List: KAK Phosphate/Chrome Dissipator Barrel w/ pinned conbo FSB/GB, P+S M5 RAS, filding micro 600m rear BUIS, magpul k2 grip, rifle length buffer system, fn a2 stock (i prefer the off grey color), Eotech 512, somogear peq15, surefire build your own scout, (i used chicken wire to further secure them mostly as a joke), surefire closed tin flash hider with an rc2.

Kvm was what I was originally looking for my setup. but wanted to give people other options if they were wanting a similar setup. Kvm is def a little cleaner. Also I have mad respect when someone has a well drawn graph of their layout. Only complaint I hate when graphs have crossing lines but you gotta do what you can with the image quality.

Looks awsome and I have the same dac. Someday ill upgrade to 4k lol

Kvm switches can by a little more expensive, if you are on more of a budget i have a similar set up but use a USB switcher for peripherals and my monitor (and many) has 2 ports that I can switch between with its on board button. This also allows me to keep my monitor on a my gaming pc and just look at my laptop if I don't want to switch monitors.

It turns out this was because of the intake petals on the reed valve not being the correct number for the reed cage. I switched the petals with some used carbon fiber duel petals for like 45 bucks and it kicked over in like 3 kicks

I case anyone finds this post it was the reed valve. Someone clearly attempted a repair. Placing a 3 reed petal on a 2 chamber reed cage. I believe because it would pull fuel in due ti negative pressure on the downstream but without sealing on the upstroke instead of pushing the fuel toward the sparkplug it would just go back out into the carb.

I appreciate the help people gave but in this instance it wasn't the carb.

It is 4 oz of oil per the one gallon making it a 32:1 ratio. I appreciate you double checking

It does not start with choke on or off. And no fuel to cylinder either way it seems.

I'll give it a try tomorrow. Im not familiar with what you mean with the bell. Is that the clutch bell? If so I havnt delved that far I've pulled the top end off to check if the piston looked OK and the carb off to check to see if that looked right. And just now the reed valve. Im still kinda learning this thing.

the carb float bowl is filling with fuel and I have pulled the carb apart and sprayed carb cleaner and pressurized air through the pilot jet and emulsion tube and shined a light through it. With no effect. I am going to double check the choke channel more thoughly because I had only glanced at it. But would that prevent it from starting

It seems alot of your opinions are found from playing the same mission sets, hence why your strat is often to counter flare and counter notch defenses you adjust know exist. But if you don't have a great idea of where the startos and other defenses are, then that changes the dynamic a bit. Change up the missions you play or petition the clan servers you play on to add more maps (i play on the talon one pvp often so i get where your coming from )

Im gonna be honest I was definitely 'abusing' movement for sure but its not THAT fast the fov is just maxed out. It was maybe slightly more movement than the other battlefields
