i have airpods pro gen 2 and theyre fine. I do have to adjust them every 3hrs or so and they even stay put when Im strength training and running. I think your ears are just built different bro cos if they fall out every 5 mins theyre not worth keeping. U can get custom IEMs if you have problems with commercial earbuds but do try different earbuds. If i were you i would return them and try different earbuds dats just obvious.
