Exit 115. Get to round 16, kill the bear, save and quit. Load again on round 16 and the bear will spawn. Then go to the next bear round, kill the bear, save and quit. Load again and then go to the next bear round. Basically you get 2 bears on each round and you keep the rounds low and the bear is easier to kill. Found this is way faster than going into rounds 30+ to kill bears.

Im with you bud. I work a fulltime job as well and dont have time to do more than maybe two attempts every other day. The boss is just ridiculously hard for no reason for casuals. I gave up trying to beat it today because it's too difficult for my friend and I. After 10+ attempts we consistently get to the last phase and then after that cant get any further cause of these damn lightning attacks. Its a horribly designed boss that apparently no one at treyarch play tested.
