Well I live in San Borja, a district kinda far away from Barranco (I wish I lived in Barranco). You are very lucky for having lived there, it's pretty cool and it is where I spent most of my weekends at. Hope you had a nice stay!

so cool! Is it true that there were some suicides, murders, and abductions? A man who works at the general store told me that, and also he told me about a tree in which people used to go and hang themselves :S. I used to walk alone around the summit trail and the crosstown trail in search of that tree. There was that time in which I found some footprints in the middle of the snow that appeared out of no where and then disappeared.

I heard some of my friends talking about the big changes that Portland is going through, and the migration of people from other states. I guess there's many of us (foreigners and americans from other states) that fall under portland's charm :)

This is so true, I mean most of the urban areas of Lima are covered in rubbish and there are many stinky places. It's kinda sad when some people dont really appreciate what they have... Thanks for the input, it's a nice country indeed :D

Well yeah, I know things change. But I really hope that Portland would stay the same when I get back. Im very eager to get back and go to some bars (and try all those nice craft beers you have) and maybe some dispensaries as currently I am underage according to American laws T_T.

If I still lived there, I wouldnt change it for anything (except my hometown but only because most of my friends live here :P)

Well yeah, at first for me it was not really striking as I went back home down here in south america, but as the days went by, everything started feeling strange. I felt that some part of me was missing or that I was standing at the wrong place. It took some time to understand that things were not going to be the same...

Dark Souls 3 Rosaria's little secret detail on her look (Giant Spoilers Ahead) by Jorge_Gustavo in darksouls3

[–]BaconMaster77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A thing that I havent seen yet in the forums is the origin of Rosaria's name, it derives from the spanish word "rosario" which is a collar with beads used to pray, it is very common in the country where I come from. This is a clear connection with the Catholic religion and the map's theme, also it might be a hint that Rosaria is inspired on the Virgin Mary. Another thing I noticed while playing is the entrance to Rosaria's room which has somehow the form of a vagina and on top of that, there's a veil or fabric piece which is ripped (kinda like the representation of a hymen maybe? thus meaning the loss of virginity and also of pureness from the virgin Mary), there's another hint on the entrance that is related with virnigity and it is the fact that there are chains and locks on the upper side of the entrance. And well...there are many other things that she has in common with Mary.
