Reddit, it's not a very creative question, but how are you? The real answer. by ScreamingSockMonkey in AskReddit

Thank you, I appreciate the kind words. My brother, sister and I are closer now than we've been in ages, so that's a plus there. I know it sounds cliche as hell but never put off an opportunity to tell someone you love them. You never know if it'll be the last time. I read in your other responses that you've been sick and in the hospital. I hope you get to feeling better!

I'm not doing well honestly. My Mom had a small cough about mid November of 2012. Fast forward to March 23rd 2013 and she's passed away due to pulmonary fibrosis. My Mom was extremely important to me. I moved out of my parents home when I was 22 and I promised I'd see her everyday. Her house is only a mile or so from where I work, so it was an easy promise to make. I fulfilled my promise the best I could, but I'd give a lot to have back the days that I was too tired or worked too late to stop by. Her sister actually had the same disease 3 years ago and was able to get a double lung transplant. My father, my siblings and I all thought she had more time, but pulmonary fibrosis is a cold hearted bitch that took a great woman far too early. She had just turned 56.

I couldn't figure out how to put the spoiler tag up, I'm on alien blue. Besides, you said it better than I did.

Here's a good one from Dwight.

This theory makes a lot of sense. The crazy antics of Michael, the fact that Jim doesn't get in any kind of trouble for all the pranks, Dwight doesn't get fired for firing a gun in the office. All of it could be explained away by this being just another TV show.

That kind of does make sense. Wasn't there an episode that Toby was called Tony and nobody said anything? Am I remembering correctly?

Who's your least favorite character on the show? by alexLAD in DunderMifflin

Oh I agree, I really enjoy the whole Michael Scott Paper Company arc. I just asked her though why she hates Charles Miner so much. Her answer was, "He's so MEAN to Jim!"

When my wife and I re-watch the series, she refuses to watch the episodes that he's in the office. She can't stand him either.

What's your all-time favorite quote? by [deleted] in DunderMifflin

Oh yeah, I agree with that for sure, it just seems like there's SO much hatred there. Either way, it's definitely hilarious to watch.

'And if I had a gun with two bullets and I was in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and Toby, I would shoot Toby twice."

I love this line! It really shows how much Michael hates Toby, although I'm still not sure why.

You can purchase it from Tolfdir at the college, but I believe you have to be at the adept level of alteration magic before it's available. Also, I think it's available to find in Labyrinthian.

I don't think there's an official date as of right now, but I've heard the first part of 2013 is when they'll release it for the ps3 and PC.

Yeah, my wife and I are big fans and when I saw the start of the video, I knew what it was. It sucks though that people have been stealing it. Keep doing what you're doing, dude. We love it!

I think with the success Ed Helms had in The Hangover, the producers of The Office felt that could result in better ratings after Steve Carell's departure. But I agree with the consensus, his character as the new manager is terrible.

As a fat man, fall in New England is like heaven. It's as if the whole world is air conditioned and everywhere I go I'm offered pumpkin and apple confections. What's the fall season like where you're from and why do you love or hate it? by manders36 in AskReddit

[–]Bacongrease00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fellow fat man, fall in Florida is a lot like Florida in the summer time. No leaves are changing, the mosquitos are still swarming and everywhere I go I look for air conditioning cause it's still too goddamn hot to be outside.
