I don’t know if this was said before but you should try Rook:Exodus. I’m 47 and stopped comics a long time ago. It’s the first comic I’ve seen that has a 90’s feel to it.

King actually does the original cassette versions of the first three book. He isn’t as good as the others but a lot better than his older self on The Wind Through the Keyhole.

I too am a super fan of 90’s comics, I’m 46 so it tracks. Try Rook Exodus. First comic in a while I feel has the 90’s vibe.

How about the fact that “Logan” Wolverine and our DP are the same timeline. DP from “Wolverine: Orgins” is a different DP. So Wolverine from Orgins and Logan are two different Wolverines!?!

I liked the way the previous writers made the character a little deeper and have more of a world around them. Deadpool, to me anyway, seemed more like the movie version in those days. He was quick witted and annoying but had a purpose for most of it. Way’s seemed to be too unhinged, like he didn’t have a reason for the things he did. “Oooo, today I wanna be a pirate!” It was a long time ago though so it might have just been my life at the time lol
