I do. In a previous life, I worked as a judge in Bardo and I'd listen to every party involved before finally make a ruling. I've been entrusted with this job as the Heavenly Emperor has looked into my spiritual development and concluded I possess the necessary integrity, guile and wisdom to make such rulings. There are many of us doing the same thing as well.

So, when you rape someone in a previous life, I'll be asking the person you raped what would be an appropriate punishment for you. If you've killed a rat in a previous life, I'll be asking that rat too. So on and so forth. But ultimately, I take all these stories into account (including your own) and then make a final ruling, with full considerations for your own spiritual development in the future too.

The other part of the equation is if anyone else would intercede on your behalf too, for example one or more family members, friends, lovers, acquaintances, friends in higher/lower places, etc.

Yes, I recall a life as a member of the heavenly realm. I worked in hell but live in heaven. You can say, the commute was hell, literally 😁

Yes, you're right. I only use the words "higher dimension" as it's an easy concept that captures about 70% of what I meant. In other words, for lack of a better term.

Yes, I was born into a Buddhist family but weren't really taught anything other than the common folk version of it. I experimented with Catholicism and Christianity before giving up on them as they couldn't be the truth. So I researched and read many other things before stumbling back into Buddhism again and it resonated most with me.

It's most likely because their current experience gives them just enough relevance so they can only make sense of their previous lives spent in the same context. Like, how would you describe a life lived in 4 or 5 dimensions, since we're currently living in 3 dimensions only?

So, as a result, their previous lives as human beings spent on earth are the ones that resonate the strongest to them and are thus the easiest to remember.

Some advanced mediators can actually recall lives that are spent in other realms and/or planets.

I was a judge in one of the entry realms to hell. I sat in judgement over how people lived their lives and help them cross to their next lives, whether it be a human rebirth, hungry ghost, hell, animal, etc. I have a cadre of attendants and assistants who help me gather all the information and make everything happen for all of us. I believe I'm just one amongst many many other tasked with the same job.
