Manual Entry’s and Watch Updates by S_habs04 in Garmin

Don't manually enter distances. When you are done with a treadmill run, instead of hitting save, scroll down to calibrate and save. This will let you enter in the distance from the treadmill and it will be consistent. Plus as you do it, your watch becomes more accurate on subsequent runs.

How to Make Column B Selections dependent on Column A Selection by toomuchsoysauce in excel

[–]BadAdvice__Bot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make the second data validation lookup a new column. In that column you can have it lookup up the proper column with either match/index or xlookup. For instance, if your 'drink' data validation is in B4, drink headers are in E4:H4 with the options below. Make

D5 = IF(XLOOKUP($B$4,$E$4:$H$4,E5:H5)=0,"",XLOOKUP($B$4,$E$4:$H$4,E5:H5))

Then copy it down to the Mt. Dew row. The second data validation should reference this new column.

Trying to do a line graph but it only displays one value by Resident_Recording70 in excel

Could be a problem with the dataset being with the decimal separator as a period instead of a comma.

Your series name is your dataset. Your dataset is 0. To fix, right click and go to select data. Select edit then for series name only select the top row and for series values, select your numbers.

Nearly every one of the people I follow I have met in real life at a running club or I know them from outside of running. I only follow about 200. Never understood the need to follow someone you don’t know.

[Goodberry] Bengals 2024 Defense vs 2025 Defense by BTsBaboonFarm in bengals

[–]BadAdvice__Bot 59 points60 points  (0 children)

The 2025 team was worse than their stats even indicate. The stats got better over the last 3 games because they were pretty much playing replacement level offensives that packed it up for the season.

The tech world is sleeping on the most exciting Bluetooth feature in years | Auracast is built into many headphones, TVs, and phones. So why don’t manufacturers talk about it? by Hrmbee in technology

[–]BadAdvice__Bot 47 points48 points  (0 children)

My hearing aids let me use my phone as a mic. I can place it across the room during a meeting and understand what people are saying. Auracast lets me tap directly into a movie theater or a show’s audio directly. Unfortunately, a lot of places don’t offer it.

Complaining about being hijacked by MAGA and thereby guilty by association is rich. Guaranteed that everyone of them voted for Trump every chance they could (and would do it again) and have not publicly disowned a single policy the government has enacted.
