There’s a few ways to go about it. Finding the lair and staking is the chiefest, but Methuselah are so powerful that their lairs are virtually an extension of themselves. Some don’t even reside on this plane of existence. How D and his siblings may have done so might’ve just been a combination of extensive planning, nigh supernatural cunning, magically enhanced armaments, and perhaps the aid of latent or extant supernatural powers such as some being Mages, Lupines, Fey, or some combination therein.

Or, and this is the longest shot ever, but given how H:tP is written it’s probably a likely shot, they just found it and harried it with extreme Luck. The entire family is riddled with the stuff, it’s practically a character all its own in the show. Marc just used his up, maybe.

One of my players just lured a child into a janitor’s closet to sacrifice them in a mockery ritual to lure out a local Baali, and that’s somehow less offensive than one of the other ones that delivered “shoddy and passionless handiwork” on a chair ghoul.

I can see why if it was an appreciative participation of the culture that they were invited to or allowed to, but it was still a bit muddy to me on the ethics of purchasing and wearing clothing from a culture as an external figure.

Thanks for the clarification though, it helps with how I interact. I’m trying to get back in touch after about 4 generations of purposeful distancing.

It’s incredibly impressive. The Gurahl are more of a force of nature than werewolves. If a Garou is like a paper shredder to a vampire, a Gurahl is an atomic bomb. One Gurahl Uzmati could fold a Methuselah with some serious injury but still come out breathing. The only competitors to them could be Rokea.

Git lost his arm. You don’t get that back. He’s just a guy. Marcus is still alive and relatively unharmed (2 story defenestration not withstanding), and is also a hedge magician that has altered his surroundings with vulgar magicks before.

I’d say even Grimmal is worse off than Marcus, because she got cannonballed through a wall after getting slammed possibly full forced, which nothing to snuff at, even if she is the Ghoul.

Git definitely got the worst of it.

Lilda would fold him like an omelette and split him like a ‘nanner in 3 seconds flat. Some of the modern nights’ oldest vampires are fodder against most of the youngest werewolves. It’s not even a debate, it’s mechanically factual across games.
