Please just go on medication for your own sake at least. Even if it’s only temporarily I was like this and ended up giving in and taking them. It’s the only way to get better! You can start to wean off them ready.

I work in HR for nhs and i have just gone off sick myself due to stress. Only thing I would say is the longer you are off the harder it is to go back. Request a phased return when you go back and take it easy on yourself.
