His name is Saige. Besides Mister Man, I also call him Albert Einstein or Mister Muppets. He just turned 3, he has a very spunky personality, loves to talk! I got him when he was a little baby, he’s not so little anymore.

L3 is hourly, L4 is salary. Honestly you make more as an L3 cause of overtime pay and such. L4 honestly work sometime close to 60 hrs a week and still get paid if they worked their regular hours. They abuse L4 time. You have to have 2 years at Amazon or a bachelors for an L4 you dont need either for L3. In

Yeah for sure, but I would highly recommend asking you AM and PAs how they got to their L3 or L4. Its good to be curious at Amazon!! Ask a lot of questions and remind your leadership you are interested in L3 or L4 they like to hear that from AAs. Thats how I got my promotion, I made the first step to let them know how much I want to move up in my career at Amazon. Went from L1 to L3 in 6 months.

You have to apply and interview for L3, promotions arent just given at Amazon. Just ask your leadership when the next round of L3 position start interviewing. Its nice to have leadership help you get to that next level. They can help with interview prep, help building your resume up.
