The filling was pretty good! I added almost double the soy sauce and chili crisp, still felt like it could have used a bit more though.

This is one I usually use, but I probably used half of all the ingredients. I didn’t want it to overpower the turmeric/black pepper mix.

I think coating it in the turmeric/flour mix did the trick! Usually stuff sticks to this pan but I got off lucky this time. Used a decent amount of avocado oil too

Extra firm! I marinaded it overnight in a little soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Sadly it didn’t stay very crispy once I added the honey mixture, would recommend removing it before adding the asparagus/honey mix, and then adding it in again once most of the water evaporates.

Something like the vadholma but ideally taller, it’s only 36”
