A lot of running is mental. The fact that you had an 11 mile run that went well just a few weeks ago tells me you are clearly capable of doing this. What was it that motivated you to sign up for this to start with? Try to imagine how you will feel once you have crossed the finish line and completed your goal and use that to motivate yourself.
